Next up – Project Hi-Nu (Papercraft)

Found this pretty cool papercraft SD Hi-ν Gundam here when I was searching for an SD Hi-ν gunpla. Turns out there isn’t one =/

and that’s not the only one! this guy even has papercraft versions of Strike Freedom, Rx-78, Hazel (should be easier than the 1/60 ver Aptkane blogged about :S) etc. you can check them out here

Kinda like the re-color of Strike Freedom ^^

But that SF would have to wait for now. Hope to finish off the Hi-ν and pair it with my SD Nightingale (which, has yet to arrive) ^_^

  1. Looks better than Bandai’s SD line.

But nightingale SD is so cute

    • yeah ikr! that’s why I ordered it without thinking twice xD looks much better than the normal sized ver. imho

  2. Cute :D looking forward for them

  3. Hope MC model will produce more gundam!

    • haha they have a Nu Gundoom (yes you read right) which I heard is on par with bandai quality. which is why I bought this kit ^^

  4. Isn’t the SD Nightingale a resin kit?

    • Yes it is. or rather, it used to be the only one. but this is the plastic one by MC models. only recently released ^^

Ah yes, Papercrafting….*sigh*…I’m just terrible at it. I’ve tried several different models, and several different glues and paper weights, but I’m just not cut out to build like this.

I like the Strike Freedom, looks pretty sharp!

    • hahaha have you tried cubeecraft yet? It’s much easier than regular papercraft so it’s good to start from there :D
