What’s an around the world boner? – VGA 2010 Asia Premier *updated*

What’s an around the world boner? I want one!
![]()
Says the host of the night, who is none other than the awesome/legen… wait for it… dary Neil Patrick Harris! yeah, trust him to say that… Not to mention naming some creative porn titles^^
Since the gaming industry is bigger than the movie industry, it’s only a matter of time before the porn industry starts making x-rated versions of the games we love, so I decided to come up with some titles of my own. For example : -
Halo Reach Around
World of Whorecraft
Call of Booty Pre Ops
Tiger Woods Pga Tour 11
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turdholes?!
Assasins Cream Brotherhood
Don’t quite get the Tiger Woods one, but I have a hunch it has something to do with all his affairs.
Okay back to the show. One thing cool about it is that we viewers at home can see the virtual environment on the stage itself! Something that the live audience are not able to do. It looks something (and not limited to) this:
*note: a few of the games’ world premiers were held on the stage such as Batman and God of War… the live audience couldn’t see it tho if I’m not mistaken.
Moving along, we’ve got the nominees and winners for the VGA 2010 ^^ (winners in bold)
Game of the Year
Call of Duty Black Ops
God of War III
Halo Reach
Mass Effect 2
Red Dead Redemption
Studio of the Year

Ezio
Kratos
John Marston
Sgt Woods
Best Action Adventure Game
Assasins Creed Brotherhood
God of War III
Red Dead Redemption
Super Mario Galazy 2

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game

Mass Effect 2

DJ Hero 2
That’s about it if I’m not mistaken. Coupled with world premiers for Skyrim: elder scrolls V, X-Men Destiny, Uncharted 3, Batman Arkham Asylum (I like how they did the premier on the stage itself. don’t get what i mean? watch it yourself
), Resistance 3, Thor, God of Thunder, Forza, SSX, Portal 2 (most anticipated game 2011), and Prototype 2 along with performances by my Chemical Romance (Grand Turismo?) and Jose Gonzalez (Red Dead Redemption) and also performances by TMZ, it was… pretty interesting. I’m not a hardcore gamer myself and have only played like, only a few games this year and only one which was nominated :S
Anyways, what I watched was the special screening online. If you want to know what the around the world boner quote was on about, or watch the trailers of the new games (which you might already have)… you can either google it, OR watch it on Animax on Sunday, 23 Jan 2011 at 7.10pm.

Till next time
